1. Reservations & Payment

   • To secure your booking, a deposit or full payment may be required at the time of reservation. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment, and a confirmation email will be sent.
   • We accept [mention payment methods, e.g., credit/debit cards, UPI, bank transfers]. Full payment is due upon check-in unless otherwise specified.

2. Cancellation Policy

4. Guest Conduct

   • Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

5. Liability

   • The homestay is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to guests or their belongings during their stay. Guests are advised to secure their valuables.

6. Privacy

   • All guest information provided during booking will be used solely for reservation and communication purposes and handled per our [link to Privacy Policy].

7. Pets & Smoking Policy

8. Amendments
